1.采用回轉式軌道，配套不銹鋼鏈條及塑膠置鞋架運轉，實現同側作業需求，便于生產流程管理：

2.采用密封式隧道結構，配合循環冷風風道，達到冷風對流，可快速降溫，幫面定型效果更佳。

3.采用PLC控制，人機界面操作，將內部實際溫度、運轉速度、及實際產量均以數字化界面顯示

   和操作，并設計有機器故障自動檢測提示功能。

4.該機只采用了一個5HP的壓縮機，對比普通冷凍機，可節約能耗。

    convection which can cool down quickly and can better finalize the design of the upper surface of shoe. 

3. PLC control and human-computer interface operation are adopted to display and operate the actual

    internal temperature, operating speed and actual production output in digital interface. In addition, 

    automatic fault detection and warning function is designed. 

4. This machine only adopts one set of 5HP compressor, which saves more energy compared to

    common refrigerator.
